Foot and Hand Reflexology uses touch - massage, joint release, and point holding - to stimulate the body’s innate movement toward health through the feet and hands. Working profoundly on the nervous system, reflexology has an immediate therapeutic effect upon residual, habitual tension, short- circuiting the modern-day stress cycle that we so often get caught in. As soon as we are able to relax the physical body, the negative effects of stress can be counterbalanced, and the vitality of the body has an opportunity to work its magic.
As a microsystem (a small part that contains and is connected to the whole) by working the feet and hands, the various systems of the body can be supported and brought into a greater 
balance. This includes the digestive system, the hormonal system, the circulatory system and the respiratory system to name a few.
