Japanese Facial Massage is a dynamic and unique massage experience. Traditionally used exclusively by the aristocracy of Japan, this treatment was developed for promoting beauty, drawing on the knowledge of energy flow and circulation of Shiatsu.
A Japanese Facial Massage treatment has a number of parts, including:
• Neck work at the beginning and the end of the treatment to open up lymphatic and blood circulation
• Percussion strokes for circulation stimulation increasing nutrients and oxygen to the skin and muscle cells
• Lymphatic drainage to remove toxins
• Shiatsu point facelift (includes over 40 shiatsu points)
The benefits of this session can be seen through the relaxed facial appearance afterward, and it is a wonderfully pleasurable and nourishing experience to receive. Aura Soma oil is used during this treatment.
